I cannot praise this organisation highly enough. They have cared for my mother for almost 2 years as she progressed with dementia. Every member of the team showed kindness, respect, humour and genuine care for her. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded so quickly no matter what happened.
I could not have kept my job without this incredible support and the security of knowing how well my mother was being cared for. The organisation is led by kind, caring and dedicated managers and the ethos and values are demonstrated through the calibre and quality of the carers. My mother has been genuinely happy with the relationships she has built and has been able to maintain her sense of humour and enjoy a number of activities that she had lost through loneliness.
